  • Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast is a water park open year-round, with peak season during summers from January 22 to April 21.

Best time to visit Wet'n'WildGold Coast 

  • If you’re comfortable with crowds, Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast is best during the summer months as it is a great way to cool off from the heat. However, this is also peak tourist season and the park tends to be crowded, with longer wait lines for rides.
  • Consider visiting during the non-peak months from March to May, September to November, or during the weekdays, if you prefer fewer crowds. 

Where is Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast located?

Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast is located just about 40-minutes from Brisbane, along the Pacific Highway on the Gold Coast. Find on Map

How to Get There?

  • By train / tram: Take a train or tram to Helensvale station, from where you transfer to the TX7 bus mentioned below. The bus takes you directly to the water park. 
  • By bus: Hop onto the direct bus route TX7 from Coomera or Helensvale station to the water park. The TX7 bus departs from Helensvale every 15 minutes daily from 9:00am – 11:30am.
  • By car: Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast is conveniently located about 20 minutes away from Surfers Paradise, along the M1 highway. 
  • Parking facilities: A large car park is located within Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast for easy access. You are welcome to park your vehicle for a small fee.

  • Lockers: Electronic lockers are available for hire at the park at a cost of $12 for a standard-sized locker, and $20 for a large locker to store luggage. A limited number of large lockers are available and are rented to visitors on a first-come-first-serve basis. 
  • ATMs: An ATM is located at the Surf Shop for last-minute cash withdrawals. 
  • First aid: A first aid center is located within the park, with trained nurses on staff. Any medication that needs storage such as children’s antibiotics, can be stored at the first aid center. 
  • Strollers: Baby strollers are available for hire at the park for a fee. 
  • Lost and Found: The park has a mechanism to store items left behind at the park.
  • The whole park is wheelchair accessible and equipped with ramps for easier access. 
  • Wheelchairs can be rented for free at the park. 
  • Dedicated parking spots are reserved in the car park for disabled visitors. 
  • Communication bands are provided to visitors with disabilities to be in contact with Guest Services for any emergencies. 
  • Wheelchair-accessible washrooms are located throughout the park. 
  • Service dogs are welcome inside the park, however are not permitted on the rides.
  • Eye-wear such as goggles or prescription glasses is not permitted on any rides or slides, except the Wave Pool,  Whirlpool Springs, Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast Junior pool areas, and Calypso Beach. 
  • Each ride has a maximum and minimum height and weight restriction that must be followed. Guests who do not meet the criteria will not be allowed to ride. 
  • Standard nappies are not permitted for infants - only swim nappies will be allowed on the junior rides. These can be purchased in the surf shop. 
  • Visitors with prosthetics must ensure they are waterproof with no protruding objects, to be allowed on the rides. 
  • Expecting mothers or guests with casts, or prone to heart disorders, epilepsy, seizures, or claustrophobia may be asked to refrain from certain high-intensity rides. 
  • Any clothing with rivets, studs, zips, etc. which may damage the attractions may not be permitted.
  • Cameras / go pros are not permitted on the rides or in the pool areas. 
  • No alcohol, glassware or commercially prepared food is allowed inside the water park. Only home-made food stored in plastic or tin containers will be allowed inside.

  • Children below the age of three can enter the park for free, and those below 13 years of age can avail discounted tickets. 
  • Every ride has a pre-fixed maintenance schedule during which the ride is inoperable. Do make sure to check online before heading to the park to ensure your favorite rides are up and running. 
  • If you’re visiting with family and are looking for a place for everyone to unwind, you could rent a private cabana with a maximum capacity of 6 pax for the family to be together!
